Our psychotherapy practice was born out of the desire to provide an opportunity for individuals to develop a sense of belonging, acceptance and a space where they can openly talk about their vulnerabilities. For this reason, our approach is culturally and racially informed all rooted within a psychodynamic and relational framework. We look for unconscious motivations to human behavior but also understand it is rooted in social context and relationships.
